Pregnancy Pilates is ran by our physiotherapist specialising in Women’s Health. You can rest assured your workout will be specific to your needs. Pregnancy Pilates is an excellent way to ensure optimal pelvic floor strengthening at the most pivotal time in your life. As well as this, it will strengthen your abdominal, pelvic and back muscles to allow for a more enjoyable pregnancy and your start to motherhood. Join other pregnant women in learning about the amazing changes of your body during pregnancy, and exercise in a relaxed environment. No prior Pilates experience is necessary! A one-on-one assessment will be provided prior to starting classes.
